From the supplier: There is widespread misinformation on the labels attached to food and beverages found in supermarkets. In one case, a soup which advertises itself as 97% fat free derives 43% of its calories from fat. Often, food companies creatively used water in percentage calculations, along with semantic distortion, to present their products in a positive light. Advertising agencies help food companies in their task of misinforming the public about the food they eat and drink.
